Terms of Service

1. The service

First Guest (the “Service”) is a community for individual developers run by MuMu Labs (the “Operator”). Developers introduce their apps, take part in each other’s Google Play closed tests as real users, and get their participation records and feedback organized. The Service is not affiliated with Google.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 14 or older.
• One person, one account. The Google account you sign in with must be the one signed in to Google Play on your phone.
• Apps for children under 14, adult, gambling, illegal or impersonating apps, and apps claiming unproven health effects or investment returns may not be listed.

3. Prohibited conduct

If we find any of the following we may revoke credits, delete records or suspend the account.

• Generating participation with auto-install or auto-launch tools, scripts or emulator farms
• Fake, borrowed or multiple accounts, or testing your own app
• Asking for or trading ratings or reviews in return for testing (Google Play policy forbids incentivized ratings and reviews)
• Buying or selling tester slots or credits
• Submitting false check-ins, screenshots or feedback

4. Credits

• Credits are an in-service record used only to reserve tester slots. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged.
• Only participation that completes the 14-day rules is settled; settled credits become usable after a 48-hour review period. If a tester leaves early, pending credits return to the developer.
• The Operator may correct credits after errors or abuse. Rule numbers may change after notice.

5. No guarantee of approval

Google decides whether to grant production access. The Operator guarantees no outcome regarding approval, review time or account status. Application drafts summarize records kept by the Service for reference; their accuracy and submission are the developer’s responsibility.

6. Developer responsibilities

• Developers are responsible for their apps and their apps’ handling of personal data.
• Tester email addresses may only be used to add testers to the Play Console tester list.
• If you add the participation SDK, declare it correctly in Play Console’s Data safety form.

7. Content

Authors keep the rights to their app descriptions and feedback. The Operator may display them as needed to run and promote the Service.

8. Changes and limitation of liability

The Service is free and provided “as is”. The Operator may change or end features after notice and, absent intent or gross negligence, is not liable for losses from using the Service or from Google’s decisions.
